On Friday 30th November 2018, Banyan Tree Phuket held an event 6-course tasting menu with Gin @ Tre Restaurant.

Tre is truly a dining destination and its charm location is underlined by impeccable service. The final potent ingredient is an award winning wine list and bespoke cocktails. It is in time for a magnificent new season at Banyan Tree Phuket.

Some of the menu highlights include; Organic Farmer’s Club Salad, Scallop & Royal Project Turnip, Blue River Prawn & Vanich Sweetcorn; a Main courses of Snowfish & Wakame-Dashi, Poached Phuket Lobster & Cardamom-Thai Ginger Paste and a Signature Wagyu Brisket & Paklok Wild Mushroom for meat lovers; Desserts such as Marian Plum & Jasmin Rice and Thai Longan & Flower Honey.
