Chef Patrizia has selected four popular mushroom varieties – portobello, porcini, morel and chanterelle – to craft five authentic Italian dishes. These exotic mushrooms offer natural flavours, freshness and tenderness and are rich in nutrients.

Funghi Ripieni al Formaggio, priced at 410 THB++

Ravioli ai Funghi Porcini, priced at 580 THB++

Home-made ravioli filled with porcini mushroom and burrata cheese and mixed with Parmesan cheese sauce. Recommended for vegetarians.
