Chef Patrizia has created five perfectly crafted special dishes, including salads, risotto, beef carpaccio and beef with mashed potatoes to serve guests during this festive period.
Light salad with combination of Brittany lobster and Hokkaido scallop with truffle and cream reduction, garnished with black fish roe and seasonal vegetables.
Mixed salad with Brittany lobster, fresh orange, mango, avocado, quail eggs and fresh vegetables, served with honey and black pepper sauce.
Creamy Brittany lobster risotto mixed with black ink sauce, offers full ink aroma and fresh lobster meat.
Wagyu beef carpaccio, topped with truffle and almond pesto.
Wagyu beef bits with foie gras, served with truffle mashed potatoes.
