Welcome to the first month of 2019! Chef Patrizia at La Gritta would like to invite guests from around the world to journey on a tasting adventure with five perfectly crafted special recipes in January. Guests will experience a unique product from each region, including traditional Italian soup and pasta, Hokkaido octopus from Japan, oysters from Normandy in France and beef tenderloin from the United State of America.
